DD Enterprises (LKO) Enhances Digital Print Capabilities with RICOH Pro C7500
Lucknow-based DD Enterprises (LKO) has strengthened its digital printing operations by installing the advanced RICOH Pro C7500 digital colour production press.

Supplied and commissioned by Monotech Systems Limited—an industry leader in printing and packaging solutions—the new press significantly elevates the company’s print quality and productivity.

Over the last decade, DD Enterprises has evolved into a multi-service print provider catering to a diverse clientele. Led by Proprietor Mrs. Pooja Agarwal, with business support from her husband Mr. Deepak Agarwal, the company continues to invest in modern technology to remain competitive and innovative.

“We handle a wide variety of digital jobs, especially variable data printing and on-demand projects,” shared Mr. Deepak Agarwal. “Our products include business cards, catalogues, brochures, stickers, envelopes, pamphlets, and direct mailers. We’re also active in large-format printing for signage, and offer graphic design and web development services.”

The RICOH Pro C7500 has added significant value to their workflow. Designed for high-efficiency production, the press prints at up to 95 pages per minute and delivers output in an ultra-high resolution of 2400×4800 dpi. It supports a broad media range, from 40gsm lightweight stock to 470gsm heavyweight materials, allowing greater flexibility in applications.

“This new press has opened up new possibilities for us in terms of both speed and media variety,” said Mr. Deepak. “Its integration with EFI® Fiery® servers and Fiery® Command WorkStation® gives us better job control, faster RIP speeds, and superior colour consistency—essential for variable data jobs.”

Beyond the RICOH Pro C7500, DD Enterprises operates multiple other machines across various print formats. The lineup includes the Canon imagePROGRAF TX-5300 for large-format and display graphics, along with post-press automation tools like perfect binders and cutters from Vulcan, Jindal, and others.

“Our investment in the RICOH Pro C7500 marks a major milestone in our digital journey,” Mr. Deepak concluded. “We plan to expand our portfolio further with more state-of-the-art equipment in the near future.”

The business also collaborates with two sister firms—Paper Link, a provider of paper supplies, and Upkaar Digital, an additional digital printing unit—enabling a robust and integrated print service ecosystem.
