PERFECTMIX Boosts Growth with HEIDELBERG’s Jetfire 50 Digital Printing Technology

French print service provider PERFECTMIX has strengthened its digital printing capabilities with the installation of France’s first HEIDELBERG Jetfire 50 industrial inkjet press, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and reinforcing the increasing adoption of hybrid print production technologies across Europe.

Installed at PERFECTMIX’s facility in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, the Jetfire 50 expands the company’s ability to deliver high-quality digital print applications while complementing its existing offset printing operations. The investment reflects PERFECTMIX’s commitment to innovation, customer responsiveness, and sustainable business growth.

Over recent years, PERFECTMIX has expanded its footprint in southern France through strategic acquisitions and enhanced local service offerings. As demand continues to rise for shorter print runs, personalized products, and rapid turnaround times, the company sees digital printing as a key driver of future growth.

A major advantage of the new installation is its seamless integration with HEIDELBERG’s Prinect Production Manager workflow system. This enables a fully connected hybrid production environment where digital and offset printing processes work together efficiently. The automated workflow improves job management, streamlines production processes, and allows operators to switch easily between printing technologies.

The Jetfire 50 provides PERFECTMIX with greater flexibility to handle on-demand production, customized print jobs, and premium short-run applications while maintaining the quality standards expected from offset printing. The enhanced workflow also contributes to improved cost control, faster production cycles, and increased operational efficiency.

According to PERFECTMIX Managing Directors Franck Vitaloni and Jean-Pierre Geiser, the Jetfire 50 complements the company’s existing offset and finishing equipment while opening new opportunities in personalized printing and value-added applications.

The installation highlights the growing market acceptance of HEIDELBERG’s hybrid production concept, which combines the strengths of offset and digital printing within a unified workflow. As more commercial printers seek flexible and cost-effective production solutions, demand for industrial inkjet technologies continues to accelerate.

HEIDELBERG stated that the international rollout of the Jetfire 50 remains on schedule, with additional installations planned across Northern Europe and Asian markets in the coming months. The company believes integrated digital printing solutions will help print businesses improve profitability, expand service offerings, and remain competitive in an evolving marketplace.

The successful deployment at PERFECTMIX demonstrates how advanced digital printing technologies are enabling commercial printers to meet changing customer requirements while supporting long-term business growth.
