New digital cutter enhances precision, productivity, and versatility for short-run and customised print applications.
Shree Graphics, a comprehensive print service provider based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, has expanded its finishing capabilities with the installation of the iEcho PK 0705 Plus automatic intelligent digital cutter. The machine was supplied and commissioned by New Delhi-based Packnology and is expected to deliver greater precision and efficiency across the company’s commercial and large-format printing operations.
Known for offering a diverse range of print products—from envelopes and brochures to large outdoor hoardings—Shree Graphics also serves as a supplier of printing materials to offset printers and other businesses across the region.
According to Pratham Ahuja of Shree Graphics, the decision to invest in the iEcho PK 0705 Plus was driven by the need for higher finishing accuracy in commercially printed products.
“We operate across two major segments—commercial printing and digital large-format printing for signage and promotional graphics. The new iEcho cutter has been installed to improve the precision and consistency of finished products such as stickers, envelopes, books, brochures, catalogues, flyers, and inserts. The machine has been delivering highly accurate results and meeting our expectations,” he said.
Installed only a few weeks ago, the digital cutter features a 20 x 30-inch working area and supports a variety of finishing functions, including half-cutting, creasing, and marking. Ahuja noted that the machine’s combination of speed, flexibility, and operational efficiency made it an ideal fit for the company’s production requirements.
“The iEcho PK 0705 Plus checked all the boxes in terms of performance and functionality. We are continuing to explore its full range of capabilities to maximise its potential in our workflow,” he added.
The machine is designed to process a wide range of substrates, including vinyl, PP paper, and KT board, making it suitable for diverse commercial and promotional applications.
Commenting on the installation, Brijesh Puri, Founder of Packnology, highlighted the company’s portfolio of iEcho solutions tailored for different industry segments. The PK Series is designed for digital print-on-demand applications, while the PK4 and BK4 models cater to packaging requirements. For signage and graphics production, the company offers the AK4, TK4S, and SKII series.
Packnology emphasises that iEcho systems are highly automated, reducing manual intervention and eliminating the need for traditional cutting dies, thereby improving productivity and turnaround times.
In addition to representing iEcho in India, Packnology also serves as the authorised partner for Haotian, PRDC, and Vision. The company supports its customers through dedicated sales and service teams located in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
With the addition of the iEcho PK 0705 Plus, Shree Graphics is further strengthening its ability to deliver high-quality, precision-finished print products while enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
