Bahubali Digiglam boosts productivity and print precision with the installation of the KOMORI Lithrone GL37 offset press.
New Delhi-based Bahubali Digiglam has enhanced its production strength with the installation of a new KOMORI Lithrone GL37 at its Patparganj Industrial Area facility. The four-colour 37-inch offset press was commissioned in June 2025 to support the company’s expanding requirements in premium print and gifting applications.
Specialising in value-added paper and board-based gifting solutions, Bahubali Digiglam caters to both corporate and traditional markets. Its portfolio includes gift boxes, sweet boxes, wedding and festive packaging, chocolate and dry fruit boxes, envelopes, trays, and invitation cards. The company operates as a partnership led by Sanjeev Jain, Sanjay Jain, Kshitiz Jain, and Akshat Jain, who collectively oversee business operations.
According to the management, the decision to invest in the Lithrone GL37 was influenced by growing customer expectations for superior print quality combined with faster turnaround times. The advanced automation and performance capabilities of the new press are designed to deliver consistent output while maintaining production efficiency in a competitive market environment.
With the addition of the new offset system, the company has significantly improved its production capacity, enabling it to handle high-volume jobs more efficiently. The installation has also reduced reliance on outsourced work, strengthening operational control and improving profitability. The press is currently delivering stable performance with reduced make-ready times and consistent high-quality results across commercial and premium gifting applications.
In addition to offset printing, Bahubali Digiglam operates a well-established embellishment setup. Its finishing infrastructure includes multiple digital enhancement systems from MGI Digital Technology and Scodix, along with a fully automatic screen-based foiling line. This integrated ecosystem enables the company to offer premium finishes that add value and visual appeal to its products.
The presence and support network of Komori India were also contributing factors in the investment decision. The familiarity of operators with KOMORI systems ensured a smooth installation and rapid operational ramp-up. The Lithrone GL37 represents the company’s first brand-new press in the 25×37-inch format and complements its existing fleet of offset machines.
Looking ahead, Bahubali Digiglam is exploring further expansion into packaging and label production, including evaluation of a larger-format KOMORI press. The recent installation marks a strategic step in strengthening its manufacturing capabilities while positioning the company for continued growth in the premium print and packaging segment.
