Xerox A4 Color Printers Launch New Business Solutions

First post-integration products combine Xerox and Lexmark capabilities to deliver secure, efficient printing solutions for small workgroups.

Xerox A4 Color Printers have been introduced as the company’s first hardware offerings under its unified brand following the integration with Lexmark. The new range, including the Xerox C240/C245, C255a, and C300/C303a/C305ae colour printers and multifunction printers, is designed to support small workgroups with reliable, secure, and efficient printing solutions.

The launch reflects Xerox’s expanded capabilities after combining the strengths of Xerox and Lexmark, bringing together technologies from both organizations into a refreshed product portfolio. The new devices represent the company’s continued transformation as a broader technology provider across print, IT infrastructure, and digital services.

Designed for small office environments, the new A4 colour printers and multifunction systems focus on ease of use, productivity, security, and space efficiency. With hybrid work models becoming increasingly common, businesses are looking for print solutions that can be deployed quickly without requiring extensive IT support.

The new range features simplified setup, intuitive user interfaces, and compatibility with Xerox applications, including the Xerox Easy Assist App and Xerox Print and Scan Experience App. These tools help users install, manage, print, and scan documents more efficiently.

The Xerox C240/C245 and C255a models are developed for everyday business printing requirements, while the C300/C303a/C305ae series is designed to support broader small workgroup applications with enhanced functionality and performance.

Security remains a key focus of the new product lineup, with built-in protection features designed to safeguard devices, documents, and network access. The printers also include support for post-quantum cryptography (PQC), helping businesses prepare for evolving cybersecurity challenges.

The devices feature compact designs suited for modern offices and shared workspaces. Xerox has also incorporated sustainability-focused features, including energy-efficient operation and the use of more than 50% post-consumer recycled plastic content as part of its responsible innovation approach.

According to Xerox, the new products are currently available in North America, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, with additional regional launches planned as the global rollout continues.

The introduction of the new A4 colour printer range highlights Xerox’s strategy to strengthen its position in the business printing market by combining innovation, security, and sustainability. As organizations continue adapting to flexible work environments, these solutions aim to provide reliable and efficient printing support for evolving workplace needs.
