HP Launches DeskJet All-in-One Printers in India
HP unveils new DeskJet All-in-One printers in India starting at Rs 6,999, offering affordable, compact printing solutions for homes and small offices.

HP has launched a new range of DeskJet All-in-One printers in the Indian market, aimed at students, families, and remote professionals looking for affordable and easy-to-use printing solutions. The lineup features four models under the DeskJet, DeskJet Ink Advantage, and DeskJet Ultra Ink Advantage categories, with introductory prices beginning at Rs 6,999.

These printers come equipped with print, scan, and copy capabilities right out of the box. They support dual-band Wi-Fi with self-recovery connectivity that automatically reconnects in case of signal interruptions. Users can also print from multiple devices using Bluetooth and the HP Smart app. Most models deliver print speeds of up to 7.5 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 5.5 ppm in colour. The DeskJet Ink Advantage 4388 stands out with faster black print speeds of up to 8.5 ppm and includes an automatic document feeder, available at Rs 7,999.

According to Satish Kumar, Senior Director – India Market, Print Category at HP Inc., the new series is designed to match the evolving printing needs of Indian households. He noted that modern homes require compact, Wi-Fi-enabled, and user-friendly devices that integrate smoothly into everyday life. The latest range combines smart features with a contemporary design to simplify printing, scanning, and copying tasks.

Stylish Designs with Sustainable Focus

Breaking away from traditional printer looks, HP is introducing the new models in six vibrant colour options. Each printer features a white base accented with shades such as Very Peri, Surf Blue, Warm Aroma, Machu Picchu, and Pimento.

Sustainability is also a key highlight, with every model manufactured using a minimum of 70% post-consumer recycled plastic. Additionally, the printers are eligible for recycling under HP’s Planet Partners initiative.

Buyers will also receive a complimentary one-year subscription to the HP Print Learn Center, worth ₹899, offering access to educational worksheets via the HP app and website.

The DeskJet Ink Advantage 2986 and 2989 are currently available at Rs 6,999 each, while the Ink Advantage 4388 is priced at Rs 7,999. These models can be purchased through HP World outlets and the official HP online store. Meanwhile, the DeskJet Ultra Ink Advantage 5135, 5185, and the base DeskJet 2931 are expected to launch soon, with pricing and availability details yet to be announced.
