New 8-colour dye-sublimation textile printer enhances production quality, efficiency and sustainability at Duggal’s New York facility.
Duggal Visual Solutions has announced the first North American installation of the EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus in its 8-colour configuration at the company’s production facility in New York. The investment marks a significant step in expanding Duggal’s digital textile printing capabilities while strengthening its commitment to high-quality, sustainable production.
The EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus is designed to deliver industrial-scale textile printing with improved image quality, colour accuracy and energy efficiency. Equipped with an 8-colour ink configuration, including light magenta and light black, the system enables vibrant colour reproduction, smooth gradients and precise colour matching across a wide range of textile applications.
The printer also features a 4-picolitre drop size, allowing for sharper image detail and higher print resolution, while its energy-efficient design helps reduce overall power consumption during production.
According to Michael Duggal, CEO of Duggal Visual Solutions, the investment enables the company to provide customers with enhanced dye-sublimation printing through a wider colour gamut, higher resolution and improved sustainability.
