KNP Litho has opened a new sales office in Norwich to build its presence in the East of England. With its headquarters in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, the print and mail business also has a regional office in Nottingham, established for nearly a decade, to reach clients in the Midlands.
It was the success of the Nottingham sales office that spurred the decision to expand and reach more customers in Norwich, Norfolk and the wider region of East Anglia. The new office opened its doors two months ago and will help the company support and respond faster to its customers in this area, the business said.
Dave Gibbons, KNP managing director, commented: “Many of our team live in Norfolk, so it’s a natural step for us – we’re part of the community, and we’re here to help it continue to thrive.”Last year the family-run business became an official partner of Norwich City FC in a three year-long partnership.
As part of the partnership, the KNP brand has been represented on pitch side LED and big screen advertising during the 2024/2025 season, along with concourse TV and matchday programme exposure. The company said its new office cements its commitment to the local area.
Gibbons continued: “As we enter the second year as regional partner and official print partner of Norwich City, and a partner of the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, we wanted to go further and have a dedicated presence in Norwich, so we can be even more responsive, more available, and more involved with the businesses we serve in Norfolk.”
The Norwich office will continue to deliver the same print and mail services, with a commitment to sustainable print. KNP’s main 2,323sqm production facility in Bury St Edmunds is carbon neutral and fossil fuel free.
Gibbons added: “Our philosophy is simple – do it the right way, get it right, whatever it takes. “This new office is about making it easier for our Norfolk clients to have that same high standard of service right on their doorstep.” Established 15 years ago, the company now has 27 staff and has clients in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, the Midlands and London. Its services include litho printing, digital printing, large-format and mailing.
