Taktiful Launches The Taktisphere, a Free Community Dedicated to Digital Print Embellishment
Taktiful Unveils The Taktisphere, a free global community uniting printers, designers, brands and OEMs to advance digital print embellishment.

Taktiful has introduced The Taktisphere, a dedicated global community focused exclusively on the digital print embellishment segment. Positioned as a specialised platform for printers, designers, brands, and OEMs, The Taktisphere is designed to encourage structured learning, collaboration, and professional networking within one of the print industry’s fastest-evolving sectors. As embellishments such as foils, textures, spot varnishes, and tactile finishes increasingly influence brand differentiation and profitability, the initiative aims to provide a centralized space for industry stakeholders to exchange knowledge and practical insights.

Digital embellishment technologies have steadily moved from being niche enhancements to strategic production tools that help drive higher margins and stronger brand impact. However, despite this growth, the sector has lacked a focused forum where professionals across design, production, sales, and equipment manufacturing could engage in meaningful dialogue. The Taktisphere has been developed to address this need.

According to Eric Vessels, Chief Experience Officer at Taktiful, the community reflects the growing importance of embellishment technologies within mainstream print conversations. Rather than being treated as a secondary topic, digital enhancement is now recognized as a core business and creative driver.

Unlike general print forums or social media groups, the platform is structured specifically around the operational and commercial realities of embellishment production. It aims to connect creative professionals exploring advanced design possibilities, printers seeking scalable high-value applications, OEMs focused on user support, and brands looking to enhance tactile engagement.

At launch, the community offers:

  • Themed virtual meetups

  • Educational sessions led by industry experts covering design, production, and business strategies

  • Open discussions on estimating, pricing, workflow, and sales enablement

  • Early access to training programs and certification initiatives

  • A collaborative environment for showcasing work and sharing practical experiences

The Taktisphere will be guided by an Advisory Council comprising experienced leaders from across the embellishment ecosystem. This group will contribute to shaping community priorities, learning tracks, and event themes to ensure the platform remains aligned with real-world production challenges and evolving market trends. Through this initiative, Taktiful aims to strengthen knowledge exchange and professional collaboration in the growing digital embellishment landscape.
