Good2Go Software, a leader in cloud-based, document management for commercial print production, is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with PDF Snakes’ on-line imposition service. This collaboration delivers a seamless, cloud-based printing workflow—from file submission to print approval and now a final imposed layout—designed to save printers time, reduce manual steps, and improve overall production efficiency.
With the new solution, once files have been approved for print, they are sent for automatic imposition using the cloud version of PDF Snake. When complete, the imposed file is sent back to Good2Go and queued up for print. PDF Snake supports template creation for a large variety of flat and folded work covering the most common layouts for digital and offset printing.

With the automated preflight in Good2Go files that pass preflight can be quickly moved into final customer approval. Once approved, an automation workflow monitoring Good2Go’s events will move eligible files into the right imposition workflow and final print queue.
By keeping everything in the cloud and managed by Good2Go, files remain accessible and organized so anyone in the printshop can access the original or imposed files. In addition, Good2Go captures the history for a file including preflight results, processes applied, change requests, final print approval and more.
