Komori Holds "Komori School" Technical Training Program Locally in Overseas Markets
Komori expands its technical training programme overseas, with Vietnam hosting its first local Komori School session in May 2026.

Komori Corporation (Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Satoshi Mochida, “Komori”) is pleased to announce that it has held its Komori School technical training program locally in overseas markets. Komori School is designed to support human resource development and technical skills enhancement in print production environments.

Responding to Growing Human Resource Development Needs in Global Markets
As the printing industry continues to evolve, improving quality and productivity, along with developing the technical personnel who support these improvements, has become an increasingly important challenge worldwide. Komori is committed not only to providing printing presses, but also to helping customers maximize the performance of their equipment through technical support and educational programs that contribute to higher print quality and productivity.

At the Komori Graphic Technology Center (KGC) located at the Tsukuba Plant, Komori has long supported customers from around the world through a variety of educational initiatives.

Komori School is a technical training program for printing operators and production managers. It helps participants acquire the knowledge and skills required to stabilize print quality, improve productivity, and ensure proper maintenance of printing equipment. The curriculum covers machine operation, quality control, maintenance, color management, and other key topics in a systematic manner. Programs can also be customized to address customer-specific challenges, including print quality stabilization, productivity improvement, and operational problem-solving.

Komori School Held in Vietnam for the First Time
As part of this initiative, Komori School was held in Vietnam in May 2026. Seventeen participants from eight printing companies attended the program, where instructors from the KGC Printing College provided hands-on technical training using actual printing equipment.

Participants learned about quality control, dampening solution management, ink management, color management, and productivity improvement techniques. The program provided practical knowledge and skills that can be directly applied to solving production-site challenges and improving technical capabilities.
