The Mumbai events bring together packaging manufacturers and technology suppliers to explore production costs, operational efficiency and value-based selling from 14–16 October 2026.
IndiaCorr Expo 2026 and the 13th ICCMA Annual Congress opened at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Mumbai, bringing together corrugated packaging manufacturers, machinery suppliers and industry leaders to explore technological advancements, cost management and strategies for sustainable business growth.
Running from 14 to 16 October, the two events provide a platform for industry professionals to discover innovative machinery, evaluate new technologies, establish business partnerships and identify opportunities across the corrugated packaging value chain. International pavilions at IndiaCorr Expo are also showcasing products and innovations from global exhibitors.
The ICCMA Congress is addressing one of the industry’s key challenges: maintaining profitability amid rising input costs and increasing market competition. Discussions are centred on understanding the actual cost of production and moving beyond price-driven competition towards value-based selling.
A key session on 14 October, titled “Unmasking the True Cost of a Box… Beyond Paper Price,” is being led by Manish Gupta, chief managing director of B&B Triplewall Containers. Scheduled for 3.45 pm, the session examines the often-overlooked costs involved in converting paper into profitable corrugated packaging.
On 15 October, Sanjay Rajgharia, managing director of Perfectpack, will lead a panel discussion titled “Unleash: From Cost-Based Selling to Value-Based Selling.” The discussion will explore strategies to help businesses move away from price-focused competition and emphasise the value they deliver to customers.
The Indian Corrugated Case Manufacturers Association (ICCMA), which has more than 200 members across India, represents manufacturers whose automatic units account for approximately 40% of the country’s corrugated packaging production, according to the association. It also engages with central and state governments on policy matters and supports industry development through seminars, workshops, buyer-seller meetings, exhibitions and research and development initiatives.
With a shared focus on technology, operational efficiency and commercial strategies, IndiaCorr Expo 2026 and the ICCMA Congress aim to help industry stakeholders identify new opportunities and strengthen profitability in the evolving corrugated packaging sector.
