Geeta Flex boosts short-run printing with Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600
Saharanpur-based printer becomes the first in the region to install the digital print enhancement system.

Saharanpur-based Geeta Flex has expanded its print production capabilities with the installation of the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600, strengthening its portfolio of printing solutions. The investment is aimed at enhancing print quality, improving efficiency in short-run production, and addressing the changing requirements of its growing customer base.

Founded in 2006 by Manu, Geeta Flex was established on the legacy of his family’s printing business, which began in 1980. To modernise operations, the company transitioned from conventional letterpress printing to computerised printing technology, helping it broaden its service offerings and build a strong presence in the Saharanpur printing market.

Today, the company employs around 15 people and serves both business and retail customers. Approximately 75% of its business comes from the B2B segment, while the remaining 25% is generated through retail orders.

Speaking about the latest investment, Manu said the company chose the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600 for its ability to deliver high-quality print enhancement while efficiently handling short-run jobs. He added that being the first company in the Saharanpur region to install the machine gives Geeta Flex a competitive edge and enables it to offer print embellishment services that were previously unavailable in the local market.

Geeta Flex already operates the Konica Minolta AccurioPress 12000, and the positive performance of the digital press influenced the company’s decision to further expand its partnership with Konica Minolta. In addition, the company operates Yaselan and Gongzheng eco-solvent machines to cater to a wider range of printing applications.

Manu expressed confidence that the investment would generate returns within one-and-a-half to two years, based on the company’s current production requirements and future business plans.

The addition of the AccurioShine 3600 further enhances Geeta Flex’s capabilities in premium print enhancement and short-run production, supporting its continued growth in the regional printing market.
