Medi-Clear has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities with a new, state-of-the-art flexographic printing press.
The investment supports the company’s continued growth as a developer of proprietary medication adherence packaging components and manufacturing technologies. As demand increases across existing and new markets, additional capacity is critical to scaling patented designs and delivering new innovations to pharmacy and automation partners efficiently and reliably.
The new Nilpeter FB-17 flexo printing press features a high-specification configuration tailored to Medi-Clear’s manufacturing requirements, including a wider print format, advanced chill roller systems and digital AC servo drive technology. Together, these capabilities deliver stable, highly accurate print performance at higher operating speeds, supporting faster changeovers and improved material efficiency while maintaining the tight tolerances required for adherence packaging.
Steve Watt, Operations and Technical Director says the press will support Medi-Clear in delivering long-term value and confidence to its customers. By investing in the latest flexographic technology, Medi-Clear is reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in medication adherence – providing customers with the precision, reliability and product performance required in today’s rapidly evolving adherence market.
