Lombardi Strengthens Middle East Presence with Flexo Press Installation in Yemen
All Pack Yemen invests in Invicta i1 800 flexographic press to expand flexible packaging production capabilities.

Italian manufacturer Lombardi Converting Machinery has strengthened its presence in the Middle East with the installation of an Invicta i1 800 flexographic press at All Pack Yemen for Printing, supporting the converter’s expansion in flexible packaging production.

The investment introduces Lombardi’s fully servo-driven Invicta i1 800 platform to Yemen. Designed with a modular architecture, the press delivers high print quality, production flexibility, and rapid job changeovers, enabling converters to handle a wide range of flexible packaging applications efficiently.

According to Lombardi, the installation reflects All Pack Yemen’s continued investment in advanced manufacturing technologies despite ongoing geopolitical and supply chain challenges affecting the region. The company noted that the project demonstrates the resilience of packaging converters seeking to strengthen production capabilities in an increasingly complex business environment.

“Every machine we deliver tells a story,” said Nicola Lombardi, Marketing Manager at Lombardi Converting Machinery. “This installation represents much more than a new production line. It reflects the trust that our customers place in Italian engineering and their willingness to continue to invest, innovate and look to the future even in times of global uncertainty.”

Designed and manufactured in Italy, the Invicta i1 800 combines automation, repeatability, and production efficiency with a modular configuration that allows converters to adapt to changing market requirements and application needs.

Lombardi said the latest installation reinforces its commitment to supporting flexible packaging converters across the Middle East with advanced flexographic printing technologies while continuing to expand its international presence in the region.
