INX to highlight integrated ink systems, sustainable solutions, and production-ready digital technologies for packaging at PRINTING United Expo 2026
INX International will feature advanced digital print technologies for reliable, high-quality digital printing and the next phase of digital manufacturing for packaging applications in booth C2649 at the PRINTING United Expo. The three-day event takes place September 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
With digital printing continuing to expand across labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, corrugated, metal packaging and other applications, INX acknowledges that converters require more than just high-performance inks. They also need engineering expertise, production-ready technologies, and a partner who understands the operational and regulatory demands of modern-day packaging, says Renee Schouten, Vice President of Marketing.
“As converters expand into food, beverage, and consumer packaging, INX continues to invest in sustainable technologies, low migration systems, and production engineering that help customers meet evolving regulatory requirements and accelerate commercialization,” explained Schouten. She recommends attendees schedule a booth meeting with INX experts to discuss their options.
“Unlike traditional ink suppliers, we partner with customers throughout the digital adoption process by providing both the ink and production system.,” continued Schouten. “Through our Digital Innovation hub, we engineer the ink and production environment together. By doing so, our customers can achieve stable jetting, reliable curing and production, consistent color and print quality, and predictable production-ready performance which supports successful implementation in real manufacturing environments.”
Delivering Production-Ready Performance for Packaging Converters
Schouten pointed to how combining INXJet™ Premium Digital inks with production system design, application engineering, regulatory expertise and sustainable technologies helps customers develop, qualify, and commercialize new digital packaging applications.
The INXJet™ portfolio of Premium Digital inks are engineered to work as part of complete production environments, combining ink chemistry with printhead compatibility, fluid delivery, curing and application requirements. This systems guided approach helps converters reduce development risk and move new digital packaging applications more efficiently from qualification into commercial production. +
“With food and beverage packaging continuing to evolve,” commented Schouten, “our expanding low migration portfolio – including INXJet™ MDLM for two-piece beverage cans and a three-piece metal decorating platform currently under development – demonstrates INX’s continual investment in the future of digital packaging.”
Since its food-safe properties are formulated with NOVOC and BPA-NI chemistry, INXJet™ MDLM makes digital can printing practical and safe. It meets the global regulatory compliance standards of NestleÒ, the EuPIA Exclusion Policy, Swiss Ordinance, and CONEG heavy metal restrictions.
Beyond packaging, INX will highlight its broad portfolio of digital ink technologies for the graphics and signage markets. These solutions are engineered for demanding production environments, with formulations developed around fast curing, stable jetting, consistent color and strong adhesion across a wide range of substrates. The portfolio supports leading industrial printer platforms and reliable, high-quality production.
Advancing Sustainable and Regulatory-Ready Packaging
INX will also showcase its progress in developing innovative solutions for recycle-ready packaging.
Genesis™ Washable Inks continue to lead the way in transforming sustainable shrink label printing. It gives brand owners one ink system that enables recycling without compromising performance, supports regulatory compliance, and satisfies consumer demand for more sustainable packaging.
Natural-based and nitrocellulose-free inks, recycle-ready solutions, and advanced coating, will also be highlighted in booth C2649. INXhrc™ inks reduce the reliance on fossil-derived inputs while maintaining press performance, and Innova Plus™ NCF adhesive lamination ink for flexible packaging define INX’s commitment to helping converters meet evolving sustainability and regulatory requirements.
