It marks the company\u2019s installation of a larger and most advanced KOMORI press ever with in-line UV coater in its production facility of 35,500sqft of constructed area.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In 2018, Adway Print Concept installed KOMORI Lithrone G440. On the company\u2019s latest investment in the new 6-colour KOMORI press, Mr Anuj Kumar Jain, Director, Adway Print Concept, says, \u201cWe need to upgrade our line of printing presses for amplifying production volume, speed, and print innovation which our customers increasingly demand.\u201d He adds that the new KOMORI Lithrone GL637 with UV coater is the latest in the upgrade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">He continues, \u201cWith six colours and other added features, this new KOMORI Lithrone GL637 will boost up our productivity and production speed. We have other presses and equipment in our production facility for managing 6-colour printing with coating. However, those presses that take two passes for printing and UV coating are naturally slow in production. This is not the case of KOMORI GL637 with UV coater.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Mr Pradeep Kumar Jain, Director, Adway Print Concept, explains, \u201cThis newly arrived KOMORI Lithrone GL637 in our facility is designed and engineered to pull off everything in-line.\u201d He emphasises, \u201cIt means that this new 6-colour press can deliver everything including UV coating and varnishing in one pass. This is the added advantage of this new KOMORI press which is now set to increase our production to a new height.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Handling paper thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm up to 0.8mm, 6-colour KOMORI Lithrone G37 with in-line coater configurations for added value works can run packaging printing at 15,000sph.
