Jalgaon (Maharashtra)-based Aakar Innovation has changed its game of quality printing, productivity and innovation in graphics with the purchase of a brand new\u00a0RICOH Pro C7500\u00a0\u2013 11 colors digital press, which has replaced all other presses in their facility. The \u2018game changing\u2019 RICOH digital colour production press is supplied and installed by Monotech Systems Limited, a leading machine manufacturer & one-stop solution provider for the printing & packaging industry globally.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

Since its establishment around 20 years ago, Aakar Innovation has been engaging in digital printing and production of a range of products such as catalogues, fliers, brochures, business cards, marketing collaterals, photos, and many others related to packaging. \u201cOver the years we have been working for customers with mixed profiles and backgrounds from diverse sectors across Maharashtra. Even those we call them walk-in customers are from different walks of life,\u201d says Mr Sandip Gondhali, Proprietor of Aakar Innovation.<\/p>\n

Aakar Innovation keeps upgrading its machine portfolio to boost print quality and productively. In this context, Mr Sandip narrates, \u201cWe have so far used a fleet of digital production presses of different brands and models, which include one from Xerox and another from Konica Minolta. However, we have chosen the newly launched\u00a0RICOH Pro C7500\u00a0over all others for its compactness with highly advanced features and capacities.\u201d<\/p>\n

He adds, \u201cIt has been barely a few months since we installed the RICOH press, but what we witness is a big difference in print outputs in terms of quality, resolution, and innovative texture. When we say \u2018innovation\u2019, this press has the 5th<\/sup>\u00a0Color Station to add seven more colours to the CMYK gamut.\u201d The station splatters additional colours,\u00a0viz<\/em>. Gold, Silver, White, Clear, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, and Invisible Red. He further adds, \u201cWe currently manage colours with CMYK, innovatively and impressively. However, we will definitely add the additional station when we rather need more innovations in graphics than we currently do,\u201d<\/p>\n

An upgraded successor to RICOH Pro C7200x,\u00a0RICOH Pro C7500\u00a0has many additional features & capacities which Aakar Innovation is steadily exploiting. \u201cIts capacity to handle varieties of media is really a big advantage,\u201d tells Mr Sandip. Compatibly,\u00a0RICOH Pro C7500 handles specialty media ranging from 40gsm up to 470gsm at the speed of 85ppm to deliver prints graphics in the industry\u2019s highest resolution of 2400x4800dpi. It features EFI \u00a0Fiery \u00a0Digital Print Servers to enhance performance & profitability for both colour and monochrome print outputs.<\/p>\n

Its intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation facilitates precise job management and colour control, enabling quick production of personalised products with variable data printing (VDP) capabilities of RICOH Pro C7500\u00a0in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.<\/p>\n
